<strong>Dificultate</strong>: mediu<br />
<strong>Cantitate</strong>: 4-6 portii<br />
<strong>Durata</strong>: 4 ore 30 minute<br />

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:<br />
400 g semolina<br />
350 g zahar<br />
60 g miez de nuca de cocos ras<br />
200 g iaurt<br />
migdale decojite, tocate<br />
fistic decojit, tocat<br />
1 lamaie, zeama de la<br />
cateva boabe de migdale si fistic intregi</p>
<p>Instructiuni:<br />
Se combina semolina cu nuca de cocos, 200 g zahar, iaurt si cateva linguri de apa rece.<br />
Se amesteca bine si apoi se toarna mixtura intr-un platou mai adanc, se netezeste suprafata si se lasa sa stea 2-3 ore.<br />
Se amesteca restul de zahar intr-o craticioara, impreuna cu 1/2 cana apa si zeama de lamaie; se fierbe incet, pana ce siropul se ingroasa. Se ia craticioara de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca putin (trebuie sa fie calduta).<br />
Se da platoul la cuptor, la 170 °C, timp de 1 ora. Se scoate apoi din cuptor si se taie romburi; se toarna deasupra siropul si se decoreaza cu migdale si boabe de fistic tocate si cateva boabe intregi.</p>

1 kg pulpa de miel, taiata in bucati
300 g prune uscate
100 g migdale decojite
1 ceapa, taiata rondele subtiri
3 bucati (cca. 4-5 cm) de rulou de scortisoara
1 lingurita de scortisoara pudra
seminte de susan
5 linguri de miere
80 g unt
3 linguri de ulei de masline
sare

<strong>Instructiuni</strong>:
Se inmoaie prunele in apa timp de 30 de minute.
Se pune carnea intr-o cratita impreuna cu scortisoara, ceapa, unt, sare si 1 cana apa. Se gateste incet, la foc mic, timp de 90 de minute. Se scoate apoi carnea si se pastreaza la cald.
Se storc prunele si se pun in cratita, impreuna cu mierea si scortisoara pudra; se caramelizeaza la foc mediu.
Se prajesc migdalele intr-o tigaite impreuna cu uleiul de masline, iar semintele de susan se coc in cuptor, pe o tavita.
Se serveste carnea cu sosul de prune, garnisita cu seminte de susan si migdale.

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:<br />
100 g taitei, rupti bucati<br />
1 ceapa mare<br />
4 cuisoare intregi<br />
6 cani bulion de legume<br />
1 cana lapte<br />
1 kg dovleac, taiat cubulete<br />
4 tulpini de telina, tocate<br />
3-4 rosii curatate de coaja si de seminte, tocate<br />
2 linguri frunze de coriandru (sau patrunjel) tocate<br />
1/4 lingurita curcuma macinata<br />
sare, dupa gust<br />
piper, dupa gust<br />
1 lamaie mare, feliata subtire</p>
<p><strong>Instructiuni</strong>:<br />
Se infig cuisoarele in ceapa. Intr-o oala se amesteca supa, dovleacul, telina, rosiile, frunzele de coriandru si curcuma. Se acopera si se da in clocot. Se reduce flacara la mic si se fierbe pana ce legumele se fac fragede (cca. 30 minute). Se arunca ceapa si cuisoarele.<br />
Se proceseaza intr-un blender supa pana se obtine un piureu. Se readuce supa in oala si se adauga pastele. Se fierbe la foc mediu cca. 8 minute. Se subtiaza cu lapte si se lasa pe foc pana se incinge. Se asezoneaza cu sare si piper. Se serveste cu felii de lamaie.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:<br />
500 g fasole verde<br />
4 cani apa sarata<br />
3 linguri ulei de arahide (sau de porumb)<br />
1 catel de usturoi zdrobit<br />
1/2 lingurita chimen<br />
1/4 lingurita boia dulce<br />
1/4 lingurita cuisoare macinate<br />
1 lingura fulgi de migdale<br />
piper</p>
<p><strong>Instructiuni</strong>:<br />
Se curata si se spala fasolea verde. Se fierbe la foc mic, in apa sarata, pana ce se fragezeste, cca. 40 de minute. Se scurge si se transfera pe un platou.<br />
Restul ingredientelor (cu exceptia migdalelor) se pun intr-o oala, la foc mediu, si se gatesc 2-3 minute amestecand continuu. Se adauga migdalele, se amesteca rapid. Se toarna mixtura peste fasolea verde si se amesteca cu grija. Se serveste rece. </p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:<br />
1 kg piept de pui, taiat bucatele<br />
1/4 cana ulei de masline<br />
2 cepe medii, tocate<br />
2 catei de usturoi, tocati<br />
750 g bulion de pui<br />
4 morcovi medii tocati<br />
2 cani couscous<br />
2 lingurite de pasta iute de ardei<br />
1/2 lingurita de sare<br />
1 cana cu stafide<br />
1 cana cu migdale prajite<br />
1 lingurita de sofran<br />
1/4 cana cu patrunjel proaspat, tocat</p>
<p><strong>Istructiuni</strong>:<br />
Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie si se prajeste puiul la foc mediu, pana ce se rumeneste pe toate partile. Se scot bucatile de carne pe un platou si se pastreaza la cald.<br />
Se reduce flacara si se adauga morcovii si ceapa; se calesc 5 minute. Se adauga usturoiul si se caleste 2 minute, amestecand frecvent.<br />
Se adauga supa, couscous-ul, pasta iute de ardei, sarea si bucatile de pui. Se da in clocot, apoi se micsoreaza flacara, se adauga sofranul, se acopera tigaia si se fierbe inabusit 5 minute.<br />
Se adauga stafidele, migdalele si patrunjelul; se amesteca rapid si se serveste.</p>
