<strong>Ingrediente</strong>:
1 kg pulpa de miel, taiata in bucati
300 g prune uscate
100 g migdale decojite
1 ceapa, taiata rondele subtiri
3 bucati (cca. 4-5 cm) de rulou de scortisoara
1 lingurita de scortisoara pudra
seminte de susan
5 linguri de miere
80 g unt
3 linguri de ulei de masline
sare

<strong>Instructiuni</strong>:
Se inmoaie prunele in apa timp de 30 de minute.
Se pune carnea intr-o cratita impreuna cu scortisoara, ceapa, unt, sare si 1 cana apa. Se gateste incet, la foc mic, timp de 90 de minute. Se scoate apoi carnea si se pastreaza la cald.
Se storc prunele si se pun in cratita, impreuna cu mierea si scortisoara pudra; se caramelizeaza la foc mediu.
Se prajesc migdalele intr-o tigaite impreuna cu uleiul de masline, iar semintele de susan se coc in cuptor, pe o tavita.
Se serveste carnea cu sosul de prune, garnisita cu seminte de susan si migdale.

Se prepara un dressing amestecand uleiul de masline, otetul, sucul de lamaie, sarea si piperul. Se stropeste salata cu acest dressing si se serveste ca atare, sau alaturi de feluri de mancare pe baza de carne.</p>

<strong>Durata</strong>: 1 ora 20 de minute<br />

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:<br />
750 g peste cu carne alba<br />
2 cani bulion de peste, de pui, sau de legume<br />
1 ceapa rosie mare, tocata<br />
2 cartofi mari, taiati bucatele<br />
3 tulpini de telina, tocate<br />
2 catei usturoi, tocati marunt<br />
300 g cutie rosii intregi<br />
2 linguri ulei de masline<br />
1 lingurita boia dulce<br />
1/2 lingurita sofran pudra<br />
sare, dupa gust<br />
piper negru macinat, dupa gust<br />
50 g masline negre, curatate de samburi<br />
iaurt, pentu servit</p>
<p><strong>Instructiuni</strong>:<br />
Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie mare si se caleste ceapa pana devine transparenta. Se adauga usturoiul si rosiile si se gatesc, amestecand frecvent, pana ce se absoarbe aproape tot lichidul. Se adauga restul ingredientelor (cu exceptia pestelui) si se fierb la foc mic 10 minute.<br />
Se adauga pestele si se continua gatitul pana ce carnea pestelui se desprinde in fulgi.<br />
Se proceseaza supa intr-un blender pana se transforma intr-un piureu. Se readuce in tigaie impreuna cu maslinele si se fierbe, la foc mic, inca 10 minute.<br />
Se serveste cu 1-2 linguri de iaurt la fiecare portie.</p>

<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong>:<br />
4 fileuri de somon, cu piele<br />
1 ceapa rosie, feliata subtire<br />
1 cutie fasole mare cu bob alb, spalata si scursa<br />
1/4 cana patrunjel, tocat<br />
2 lingurite coaja rasa de lamaie<br />
1 lingura ulei de masline<br />
1/4 lingurita sare<br />
1/4 lingurita piper negru, macinat<br />
1 grapefruit, curatat si desfacut in feliute<br />
1 portocala, curatata si desfacuta in feliute<br />
1 lingura de suc de lamaie</p>
<p><strong>Instructiuni</strong>:<br />
Intr-o tigaie se incinge uleiul la foc mediu. Se adauga ceapa si se caleste, amestecand 5 minute, pana ce se inmoaie. Se adauga fasolea, patrunjelul, coaja rasa de lamaie si jumatate din sare si piper. Se gateste, amestecand, 3 minute.<br />
Se transfera intr-un castron si se adauga sucul de lamaie si feliutele de grapefruit si portocala. Se lasa deoparte.<br />
Se asezoneaza somonul cu restul de sare si piper. Se incinge o tigaie mare la foc mediu, se adauga somonul cu partea cu piele in jos si se frige 2 minute. Se intoarce si se frige alte 2 minute, pana ce carnea devine opaca si usor rumenita.<br />
Se asaza fileurile de somon pe farfurii si se serveste cu salata de citrice si fasole.</p>

2 oua fierte tari, taiate in patru<br />
2 ardei capia rosii, curatati de seminte, tocati marunt<br />
4 rosii coapte, tocate<br />
1 castravete verde, feliat<br />
2 cepe mici, taiate rondele<br />
1/2 cana masline negre, curatate de samburi, taiate in jumatate<br />
1 lingura frunze de busuioc sau de patrunjel, tocate<br />
3 linguri ulei de masline<br />
1 lingura otet<br />
sare, dupa gust<br />
piper, dupa gust </p>
<p><strong>Instructiuni</strong>:<br />
Se pun toate ingredientele intr-un castron si se amesteca cu atentie.<br />
Salata se serveste cu lipie (pitta). </p>
